Application of Singapore Visa

Singapore Airlines Holidays is being appointed as the Authorised Visa Agent (AVA) by The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Hong Kong starting 15 January 2015.

Visa fee at HK$174 and AVA service fee at HK$206 (Total Amount of HK$380).

Submit Your Visa Application:

All visa applicants must complete the application form, bring all the required documents, and visit Singapore Airlines Holidays Tsim Sha Tsui Office – Travel Resources Limited to process the visa application.

In order to save time in queuing, the Singapore Airlines Holidays Office has set up the THE GULU remote ticket collection system. On the day of visa application, you can check the latest queuing status and collect the e-ticket remotely through the THE GULU mobile app.

  • E-ticket collection service is only available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, you must visit the office to pick up physical ticket. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • After obtaining the e-ticket, when the number of people waiting is less than 5, THE GULU App will send a notification, please return to the office as soon as possible to avoid missing the ticket.
  • If you miss the ticket number, you need to get a new ticket and wait again.
  • If you can’t download THE GULU App, you can also go to our office to pick up the physical ticket.
