Special change and cancellation arrangements

Due to coronavirus impact, if you need to change or cancel your travel package, please refer to the following arrangements:

Ticket arrangement

It will be handled in accordance with the latest guidelines issued by Singapore Airlines, please refer to the airline website for details.

Hotel and local tour arrangement

The company will try to apply for cancellation or modification of the hotel reservation and local itinerary for the guests. However, the hotel and the supplier may charge the change or cancellation fee or non-refundable arrangements. The company will make every effort to maximum your benefit; in addition to the fees that hotels and suppliers may charge, the company will also charge an administrative fee of at least HK$200 per person.

About Package

Can I join your package if I am a Single traveler?

All packages require minimum 2 passengers traveling together and must check-in together on the same outbound flights. Otherwise, boarding may be rejected. Tailor-made offer for single traveler is available upon request.

If I have 2 adults and 1 child joining your package, can my child take the No Bed price in your package?

No. For first child sharing a room with two adults, Child With Bed price will be applied with a roll-away bed provided. Child No Bed price only applies to the second child when two children sharing a room with two adults. Maximum three adults or two adults with two children are permitted to share a room and maximum one roll-away bed could be provided per room unless otherwise specified.

Can I travel on Business Class for joining your package?

Tailor-made package for traveling on Business class is available upon request.

Can I book the on-line internet fare at Airlines website and book land arrangement only with Singapore Airlines Holidays?

No, whole package must be reserved by Singapore Airlines Holidays or your travel agent.

How can I pick up my tickets and vouchers?

You may pick up the tickets and vouchers at our service centre located at 2/F, Yes & Right House, 1-3 Mody Road , Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon during office hours or electronic air ticket and hotel voucher could be emailed to your account.

Can I change or cancel my package once document issued?

No, once document issued, no change or cancellation is allowed for promotional package. For details, please refer to remarks of respective packages.

About Ticket

Can I buy air ticket only?

For air ticket only, please visit www.singaporeair.com or please contact your travel agent. Singapore Airlines Holidays only offers package deal which include air ticket, hotel accommodation and or other land arrangement.

Do I need to reconfirm my flight booking?

Flight reconfirmation is not necessary for your entire trip. But we suggest you leave your local contact details with our reservation or your travel agent prior to departure.

If I book your promotion package applicable for minimum 4 passengers traveling together, can we still depart if any of the party need canceling the trip?

No. According to the ticket condition, minimum 4 passengers must be traveling together to entitle for the offer.

Can I arrange my seat assignment prior to the departure?

Yes, online check-in is available from 48 to 2 hours prior to departure. Please visit www.singaporeair.com

I have allergy, can I request a special meal onboard?

Yes, please order your meal request with your travel consultant at least 72 hours before departure.

What type of meals am I able to book?

You can request special meals, such as: – Dietary Meals – Child and Infant Meals – Religious Meals – Vegetarian Meals – Oriental & Seafood Meals – Chinese Meal – Japanese Meal. Click Here to view a detailed list of Special Meals

About Hotel

What is the term of ROH?

“ROH” means Run-of-House which room type will be assigned by the hotel.

Can I split my hotel stay?

Consecutive hotel stay is required for your basic package. For splitting the extension night, different hotel rates will be applied.

For joining a 3 days 2 nights package, can I extend my holiday with longer stay?

Yes, as long as you are stayed within your ticket validity. Price for hotel extension night is required, unless on your own arrangement.

Can I start the hotel stay not upon arrival? Or I extend my stay without booking the hotel extra night?

Yes, but transfer will be forfeited if including in your package.

When will I know if my hotel special request has been confirmed?

Special requests cannot be guaranteed. We will forward your requests to the hotel which are subject to availability at the time of hotel check-in.

About Local Transfer in Singapore

If local transfer is included in the package, who should I contact after arrival?

All local transfer services are provided by our local operator. For Singapore, please proceed to the SIA Stopover Counter located on the arrival level of Singapore Changi Airport. For some destinations, representative of local operator will be holding a welcome signboard with guest name on the arrival hall. Details can be found in your package document.

Can I reroute the local transfer to other hotel or pick up from other hotel?

Please let us know prior to departure, and additional charge is required.

We are traveling in a group of four, can I request a mini van?

Transfer included in package normally is on seat-in-coach basis. Please let us know prior to departure for mini van or exclusive transfer, and additional charge is required.

Do I need to pay any surcharge with my excess baggage, outsized and bulky items for local transfer?

A ground handling fee and surcharge for private car transfer may be applied for bulky items such as sports & nursing supplies and accessories.
