Emerald Maldives has a total of 120 villas (with 12 room types in total for beach houses and water villas). Apart from other larger villa types (Super, Presidential & Royal), the basic beach villas and water villas have basically no major differences in design; the distinction lies in whether the villa has a pool or a jacuzzi.

MARINA Beach Villa w/Pool

(MBV) is located directly in front of the resort’s private jetty and seaplane arrival point. Each villa features a private swimming pool and a private garden located outside the bathroom, as well as a bedroom and covered and open terraces. Although these villas do not have direct access to the beach, the beach is only 20 meters away.
