A representative from Singapore Airlines Holidays will reach out to you within 24 hours to finalise your flight ticket from Hong Kong to Singapore.

⚠️ Please ensure you have sufficient KrisFlyer miles to redeem the concert ticket(s).

Step 3: Receive the designated link to KrisFlyerExperiences.com via email to redeem your concert ticket

From 20 March 2025, 12:00hr (GMT+8)

After verifying your flight ticket purchase and KrisFlyer miles balance by Singapore Airlines, you will receive an email sent to the email address in your KrisFlyer profile, which contains the exclusive link to KrisFlyerExperiences.com to redeem your concert ticket(s). You will be able to redeem your concert ticket from 20 March 2025, 12:00hr (GMT+8).

Only eligible KrisFlyer members will receive the confirmation email for redemption. KrisFlyer members will receive a confirmation email upon successful redemption.

Step 4: Receive a confirmation email to generate your E-Tickets in your Ticketmaster account

By end-April 2025

KrisFlyer members with successful redemption(s) will receive an email sent to their KrisFlyer registered email address containing the instructions to generate your E-Tickets in the Ticketmaster accounts.
