Singapore Air Travel Bubble

The travel bubble between Hong Kong and Singapore to begin on May 26, with the number of travelers from both cities who must take designated bubble flights and fulfill certain conditions and requirements, allowed to move quarantine-free. Plan your Singapore visit now!

Eligibility Criteria

Any person, regardless of nationality

HKSAR passport holders have granted visa-free access to Singapore, some countries’ travel document may need a visa to enter Singapore. For more details, please visit Singapore Entry Requirements.

No travel history to any place other than Singapore or Hong Kong

You have not visited any country or region other than Singapore or Hong Kong at least 14 consecutive days before departure, and the respective compulsory quarantine / Stay-Home Notice periods in Hong Kong or Singapore arising from the traveller’s last visit outside Hong Kong or Singapore would not count towards that 14-day period.

Negative COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test result

Test negative for Covid-19 within 72 hours before your flights, visit testing institution in Hong Kong recognized by the HKSAR Government to take a COVID-19 PCR nucleic acid test.

Fly direct on a designated ATB flight

Book tickets on designated ATB direct flights, transit passengers are not allowed. For more details, please refer to Singapore Airlines designated ATB flights arrangements .

Complete two doses of COVID-19 vaccine

Hong Kong residents can only take the designated flights to depart from Hong Kong to Singapore
at least 14 days after they have had two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

Preparation before you go

  1. Apply for Visa (if needed)
  2. Apply for an Air Travel Pass via online between 7 and 30 days before your arrival date.
  3. Take a COVID-19 test with negative result state within 72 hours before the scheduled time of departure of your designated flight.
    • Go to the four community testing centres set up by the Hong Kong Government OR taken at a testing institution in Hong Kong recognized by the Hong Kong government
    • Within 3 days prior to arrival in Singapore, fill in and submit SG Arrival Card
    • Download the TraceTogether mobile app, register and keep the app activated on their mobile devices during their stay in Singapore, as well as retain the app and its records for 14 days
    • subsequent to departure from Singapore

    • Book a post-arrival PCR nucleic acid test before departure. Upon arrival, take the PCR nucleic acid test at the airport, then go to the declared place of accommodation5 by private transportation, taxis or private hire cars, and stay thereat for isolation until receipt of a negative test result before leaving the accommodation and commencing itineraries.

Designated flight arrangements

Singapore Airlines will be operating the designated ATB flights based on the flight schedules shown below.

The inaugural SIA ATB flight from Singapore, SQ882, will depart on 26 May while the inaugural SIA ATB flight from Hong Kong, SQ883, will depart on 28 May. 

From 26 May to 7 June 2021, the flight schedule will be as follows:
